More Polish Pottery, LLC is passionate about providing polish pottery that is high in quality by only offering Quality 1 pieces that are inspected as we put them out for purchase. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, as we have enjoyed polish pottery for over 15 years in our household.
Each piece is hand crafted and every piece is unique. Consistency in pattern and coloring may vary. More Polish Pottery, LLC only warrants the functionality of the pottery.
Orders purchased at our Big Rock Location or Event:
If you purchase a piece at our Big Rock shop or visited our booth at a craft show or event (More Polish Pottery), we ask each customer to inspect pieces upon purchase for any quality defects. Once the product leaves More Polish Pottery, we are not responsible for any damage to the piece to include chipping and/or breakage after purchase. If someone visits and picks up a purchase on your behalf, we will ask them to inspect the pieces prior to departing and are not responsible once the pieces have left our premise.
For All Exchanges and Returns with Original Receipt:
We only exchange or return Quality 1, original condition Polish pottery that is free from any material defect with original stickers on the item.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase whether at our Big Rock location, event, or on-line. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase with original receipt for refund.
For exchanged products that are shipped, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to More Polish Pottery. Once received, there is an additional shipping charge for exchanged pieces that the customer will be responsible for paying before shipped.
Pottery Given as a Gift:
Our exchange policy is 30 days from purchase. If the polish pottery was given as a gift, we offer exchanges (no returns) for a similar or like item in perhaps a different pattern or shape with gift receipt. We do our best to offer many options for these situations.
Orders that are Shipped:
For orders placed on-line or through an over the phone order that is shipped, we do our best to help make sure your polish pottery arrives safely using both bubble wrap and packing peanuts in packing. If you purchased on our website and a product arrives damaged, we ask to be contacted within 7 business days from receipt of your order. Insurance on shipments is made on all shipments. Please keep your original packing material and product until the claim has been resolved. We will offer a replacement, if available, or offer a refund. Sometimes an exact replacement is not available due to the individuality of each polish pottery piece. We will ship within 48 hours (or notify you otherwise) of being contacted if the exact piece can be replaced or offer alternative options.
If you decide that the item does not meet your expectations, please call us within 20 days of receiving the package. Return shipping is responsible of the customer. In addition, there is a 10% restocking fee. Insurance must be made on package; as shipper is responsible for filing claim in case of damage.
